At ILUS LABEL, we want you to feel confident and empowered in your gear, which is why we offer a 30-day window for returns and exchanges on all unworn items with original tags attached. Please note that all items marked as final sale are ineligible for return or credit.

Return Process

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Prepare Your Package

  Securely pack your items in their original packaging, ensuring all labels and hangtags remain intact to qualify for a full refund.

• 3.
  Print and Ship

  Download and print the prepaid shipping label provided by the portal, attach it to your parcel, and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our quality control team inspects your return, we will process your refund to the original payment method or issue store credit within 5-7 business days.
